Description
TFS01CONN Combines the TFS01 T Type HACCP Compliant Food Simulant Probe with a 2 meter plug to plug connection cable. Designed for stable long term measurements, this probe has similar thermal characteristics as a pack of cold meat; so simulates the core temperature of surrounding foodstuffs in a fridge, cold store or freezer. In conjunction with a digital thermometer, the user simply plugs into the TFS01 for an instant reading.
