FSP2000-V – Cold Storage Monitoring Kit gives the true temperature of stored food in fridges, freezers, cold stores and cold cabinets, reducing the risk of spoilt stock.
Pack sizes include 1, 3, 5 and 10 Food Simulant Probes
The kit comprises of:
MM2000 Single Input Thermocouple Handheld Thermometer
TFS01 Food Simulant Probe (Quantity dependant of Pack size selected)
TFS01C Plug to Plug 2 meter connection cable (Only 1 required per pack)
Temperature Log Book – 8 Pages (6 Week View)
How does it work?
The Food Simulant Probe is kept permanently within the cold store/freezer, this means there is zero settling time for the reading.
To take a reading simply plug one end of the plug to plug cable into the top of the MM2000 Thermometer and the other end into the Simulant Probe being tested.
Note the reading in the temperature log book
