FSP7000-2D-V –The Premier Cold Storage Monitoring Kit gives the true temperature of stored food in fridges, freezers, cold stores and cold cabinets, reducing the risk of spoilt stock.
Pack sizes include 1, 3, 5 and 10 Food Simulant Probes
The kit comprises of:
MM7000-2D ThermoBarScan Thermometer with 1D and 2D Bar Code reader (with downloadable software)
TFS01 Food Simulant Probe (Quantity dependant of Pack size selected) with temperature measurement range of -50 to 150°C
TMPC2MP Plug to Plug 2 meter connection cable (Only 1 required per pack)
How does it work?
The Food Simulant Probe is kept permanently within the cold store/freezer, this means there is zero settling time for the reading.
To take a reading simply plug one end of the plug to plug cable into the top of the MM7000-2D Thermometer and the other end into the Simulant Probe being tested.
Point the MM7000-2D at the barcode label, press the scan button and your reading will be logged for that exact location.
Repeat the above for all Simulant Probes you have in situ, then download the information from the MM7000-2D to your computer.
