KP01 – K Type Frozen Food Corkscrew Probe

KP01 Frozen Food Corkscrew Probe. Used for penetrating frozen or semi solid food with minimal damage. This probe uses a strong handle at right angles to the sensor stem to allow the user to screw the sensor into the product. Supplied with a detachable 2m curly cable.
